Silence has been like music to my ears. Waking in the morning naturally, as opposed to being thrust out of bed by a door swinging open at 6 am and scaring the crap out of me has been like heaven on earth.
It all boils down to a few things: geography, how many old classmates you care to revisit, and your penchant for nostalgia.
And it also bewilders me that people have shamed the parents for allowing their son to play in the water despite a no swimming sign. Have these people never had a two year old child?
